CW PLAY, CW PLAY Cinema and Fizzy's Store are run by Cold Works Production. We respect the work of creators and expect everyone who shares content with us to do the same. If you believe something on our sites uses your work without permission, tell us and we'll look into it quickly.

We handle copyright notices following the principles of the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and the Turkish Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works (No. 5846) and Internet Law (No. 5651).

1. Reporting a copyright problem

Send an email to info@coldworksproduction.com with the subject "Copyright notice" and include:

1. Your full name, and how we can reach you (email, and a phone number or postal address).
2. The work you own (for example its title, and a link to where it's published officially).
3. Exactly where the content is on our sites (the page link, and the episode, video or product name; a time stamp helps).
4. This statement: "I believe in good faith that this use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law."
5. This statement: "The information in this notice is accurate, and I am the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf."
6. Your signature (typing your full name is enough).

If you act for someone else (a label, studio or agency), say who you represent.

2. What happens next

• We confirm we received your notice and review it, usually within 3 business days.
• If the notice is complete and valid, we remove the content or block access to it.
• We tell the person who shared the content that it was removed, and why.

3. If your content was removed by mistake (counter-notice)

If you shared the content and believe it was removed by mistake (for example, you own it or have permission), email info@coldworksproduction.com with the subject "Counter-notice" and include:

1. Your full name and contact details.
2. What was removed and where it was.
3. This statement: "I believe in good faith that the content was removed by mistake or misidentification."
4. Your signature (typing your full name is enough).

We forward your counter-notice to the person who reported the content. If they don't tell us within 14 days that they've taken legal action, we may put the content back.

4. Repeat infringement

If we receive valid notices about the same account or creator more than once, we may remove their content from CW PLAY Cinema, close their store account, and stop working with them.

5. Please be honest

Only send a notice or counter-notice if you're sure the information is correct. Knowingly false claims can have legal consequences.
